Park Hyatt Milano: the five-star luxury restyling by Uno Contract
Uno Contract, an historic Veneto company specialising in projects and custom-made decor, was chosen by Park Hyatt, a recently opened, five-star luxury hotel located just a stone’s throw from Milan’s Piazza del Duomo, to supply new furniture and apply its expertise to requalifying certain design elements to add character and elegance to the building’s interior.
On the basis of a project by an important interior design studio, Uno Contract supplied all the decor for the hotel’s 104 rooms, 14 of which suites. All the furniture, from padded items to wardrobes and cupboards, were custom-made by the company so that they would merge seamlessly with the existing design and ensure aesthetic and functional quality to the high standards of luxury and finesse required.
Pellico 3 Milano Restaurant
Besides the hotel, Uno Contract also provided the decor for the new gastronomic restaurant Pellico 3 Milano, led by Executive Chef Guido Paternollo and based on an interior design project by the Flaviano Capriotti Architetti Studio. Covering an area of 120m2, this bright, cheerful place is distinguished by a large woven cane column in the centre of the room, beautifully connecting the ceiling with the floor. Items include padded armchairs and sofas, tables, boiserie panelling, and attractive details for the walls.

This was all part of the commission carried out by Uno Contract, which took care of every stage of the project, from production in its own facilities to delivery and installation. Most of Uno Contract’s production is certified by FSC®, a label that ensures the raw materials used originate from responsibly managed forests. Our company is one of the first in the worldwide contract trade to achieve this certification.
