An opportunity to talk about sustainability challenges, solutions and opportunities for the contract trade in a case study of this five-star luxury hotel, which is an emblem of the city, a stone’s throw from Milan’s Piazza del Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
The project was implemented paying special attention to environmental issues, for which it achieved the first FSC® project certification in Italy for a hotel. The result is a place where comfort, poetry and design merge to provide a new concept of sustainable luxury accommodation.
To round off the occasion, a buffet lunch and Guest Experience: tour of the restyled Park Hyatt Milano, from guest rooms to the Pellico 3 Milano restaurant.

Pierluigi Masini has worked for many years at «Quotidiano Nazionale» («Il Giorno», «il Resto del Carlino», «La Nazione») and he has specialized in art and design. He has a degree in Literature with a speciality in History of Art, at La Sapienza di Roma. He has been a lecturer at Università degli Studi Carlo Bo in Urbino and he currently teaches Design History at Raffles in Milano and History of Art at Accademia di Belle Arti LABA in Brescia. In 2018 he has published the book Gabriella Crespi, spirito e materia, arte e design. In 2023 together with journalist Antonella Galli he has published the book I Luoghi del Design in Italia. Quattordici viaggi d’autore alle sorgenti del progetto.
